Multiple lawsuits are making their way through the court system alleging that Merck’s blockbuster vaccine for shingles isn’t safe, and could cause serious adverse effects. Plaintiffs in the state of Pennsylvania, and elsewhere, allege that Zostavax isn’t safe, and are taking to both the state and federal court system to seek justice.

According to Marc Bern of Marc J. Bern & Partners, there have been “thousands of complaints” about Zostavax in Pennsylvania alone. Patient injuries from the vaccine, he says, range from shingles itself, which the vaccine is supposed to prevent, to serious personal injuries such as blindness and paralysis. Other reports of adverse effects from Zostavax include brain damage and death.

“I think Merck has failed terribly … to warn about the very serious side effects and the failure of the vaccine to do what they claim it does,” Bern told FiercePharma.

Merck vehemently defends Zostavax, just like it does all of its deadly drugs and vaccines

Merck, which also manufactures the deadly Gardasil vaccine for HPV and cervical cancer, is taking to usual form in full defense of Zostavax. The multinational drug corporation says it “stands behind the demonstrated safety and efficacy” of the shot, which the company has paid tens of millions of dollars to get approved in 50 countries. More than 36 million doses of Zostavax have been injected into people’s bodies since the vaccine first hit the market in 2006. Merck claims that most of these vaccine injections didn’t cause any problems, and thus constitute a full and complete record of safety, for which the public should be assured.

But the thousands of people who took the shot and are now permanently injured or dead tell a much different story. So many people are filing lawsuits against Merck over Zostavax that Bern would like to see them grouped for mass tort status. Attorney Michael Katz, from the law firm Lopez McHugh, has likewise filed several injury cases in federal court concerning Zostavax, and anticipates hundreds more in the near future.

According to data compiled by the Philadelphia-based law firm, Zostavax is only effective in about 51 percent of people who get the shot. And many of those who receive the vaccine end up getting shingles anyway, based on the numbers, which suggests that the vaccine is neither safe nor effective in the majority of people who receive it, contrary to what Merck continues to claim.

“There is some indication that the vaccination is linked to death,” the Lopez McHugh website contends. “NCIV (The National Vaccine Information Center) analysis indicates that there were more than 1,100 serious adverse event reports made to the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System from 1990 until September 2015 related to shingles-containing vaccinations. Of these reports, 90 were for deaths associated with the shingles vaccine.”

Merck must have missed this important data, as it usually does when billions of dollars in profit are on the line. Just in the last year alone, the drug and vaccine behemoth raked in $749 million in sales from Zostavax, so there’s a whole lot to lose from the vaccine potentially losing its approved status due to being a deadly threat.

As a result, faulty vaccines that accidentally (or intentionally) contain live viruses that spread disease outbreaks pose zero risk of liability to the vaccine manufacturers.

In summary, vaccine manufacturers experience enormous benefits from “accidental” outbreaks of disease caused by faulty vaccine manufacturing while having zero exposure to liability for such “mistakes.” As a result, vaccine manufacturers have every incentive to use vaccines as a vector to introduce infectious disease outbreaks into the population, after which they enjoy enormous profits and government funding grants thanks to all the “fake news” media hysteria that claims vaccines are the only solution to the very problem that was caused by vaccines in the first place.

Virologists working for Merck even filed a False Claims Act with the federal government, describing how they were forced to falsify vaccine clinical trial results to trick the FDA into approving vaccines that they said would contribute to the spread of infectious disease.

It’s the perfect racket: Create a product that spreads disease while convincing the entire world that your product is the only solution to stopping the spread of disease. Every outbreak earns you more money and prestige while the government grants you absolute legal protection from all lawsuits, meaning you can place literally anything into a vaccine — live viruses, heavy metals, radioactive isotopes, etc. — and face no financial or legal repercussions whatsoever. For example, a recent survey by the British Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society and the Royal College of Surgeons revealed that in some regions of England, a person needs to obtain a body mass index (BMI) of 50 before they can qualify for the surgery. According to the U.S. National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute’s BMI calculator, this means someone who is six feet tall would need to weigh 369 pounds to qualify for a weight loss surgery in England.

Health officials are understandably concerned that these kinds of stipulations give patients the wrong message. And they are right, it does send the wrong message. After all, the impression is simply that if they want the surgery, they need to gain even more weight.

England is not alone in this controversy, though countries like Canada certainly have more attainable requirements; to get the surgery there, one needs a BMI of over 40, or a BMI of 35 or higher coupled with comorbidities such as diabetes or heart disease. In the United States, similar rules are often enforced by insurance companies, requiring would-be patients to obtain a higher weight before allowing them to get the surgery.

The entire concept of this is simply preposterous; telling patients who are already clinically obese, or well above that point, that they need to gain more weight before they will be allowed to have a surgery is nothing short of criminal. While England is not the only country to propose strict parameters for surgery recipients, many areas of the nation have taken matters into their own hands and have made receiving the surgery an even more arduous process. For example, the Mid Essex CCG reportedly requires would-be patients to also become non-smokers before they will allow a weight-loss surgery to take place. The East Riding CCG requires patients to have a BMI over 50, as does the Vale of York CCG — unless the patients have a comorbid condition, then the threshold is reduced to a BMI of 45.

Regardless of how one feels about weight-loss surgery, the fact remains that English healthcare groups are withholding medical services from the public in order to reduce costs — even in light of medical research that shows the surgery can be helpful, and that official guidance on the subject dictates that patients with a BMI of 40, or a BMI of 35 coupled with comorbid conditions, should be considered eligible.

And in some cases, such as in Mid Essex and North East Essex, the government-run healthcare groups are bordering on tyranny by requiring patients to quit smoking, or be referred to smoking cessation services, before they can even get an initial assessment. While it’s essentially common knowledge that smoking is bad for you, you wouldn’t think it acceptable to deny someone surgery for a broken limb because they were a smoker.

While the combination of smoking and obesity would seem to make for a risky surgery patient, and it’s probable that they are trying to ensure good outcomes for their patients, is it really the government’s place to make demands of their citizens before providing them with healthcare? This is a can of worms, just waiting to pop.

British Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society president Shaw Somers stated, “Our survey reveals worrying evidence that some CCGs are effectively taking the law into their own hands and defying official guidance on surgical interventions which have been proven to help people with a serious medical condition and also save healthcare costs.”

Note what the Washington Post, after being at the forefront of the media hysteria for months, quietly wrote nearly a year into the “epidemic:”

Nearly nine months after Zika was declared a global health emergency, the virus has infected at least 650,000 people in Latin America and the Caribbean, including tens of thousands of expectant mothers.

But to the great bewilderment of scientists, the epidemic has not produced the wave of fetal deformities so widely feared when the images of misshapen infants first emerged from Brazil.

The truth is, the whole thing pretty much fizzled out to nothing, but not until after millions of women endured an anxiety-ridden pregnancy, mosquitoes were sprayed en masse with dangerous neurotoxins like DEET, and Big Pharma established the popular narrative that Zika is a dangerous disease, and like all dangerous diseases, needs a – wait for it – vaccine!

Having pretty much come to nothing by the latter part of 2016, one would expect that to be the end of the Zika hysteria. A shamefaced media and medical community should be bowing their heads in shame and waiting for the whole thing to blow over, right? But no! In August 2016, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) proudly announced that it would start investigating a Zika vaccine for humans. Then, in November last year, the NIH announced the start of the first of five clinical trials to test the Zika Purified Inactivated Virus (ZPIV) vaccine.

This is not an ordinary, run-of-the-mill vaccine, either. This is how the NIH explained the mechanism of the proposed vaccine:

The investigational Zika vaccine includes a small, circular piece of DNA — called a plasmid — that scientists engineered to contain genes that code for proteins of the Zika virus. When the vaccine is injected into the arm muscle, cells read the genes and make Zika virus proteins, which self-assemble into virus-like particles. The body mounts an immune response to these particles, including neutralizing antibodies and T cells. DNA vaccines do not contain infectious material — so they cannot cause a vaccinated individual to become infected with Zika — and have been shown to be safe in previous clinical trials for other diseases. [Emphasis added]

So, this vaccine will work by injecting synthesized genes into your body, permanently altering your DNA, and presumably, the DNA of your children and all of their offspring. Naturally, the fact that this vaccine would alter the recipient’s DNA forever is enough to spook many people, but it also raises some other concerns.

Jon Rappaport, an award-winning investigative journalist, makes the point that with a vaccine like this, the sky would be the limit for the government. Under the guise of “vaccination,” DNA could be altered to make people more obedient or passive, intelligent and talented, subservient, etc.

Knowing as we do that the Zika hysteria was essentially a storm in a teacup, it really does make you wonder what the ulterior motive might be for developing such a vaccine, doesn’t it?

Both the FDA and CDC have become “captive” agencies that serve primarily to protect the monopoly interests of the pharmaceutical giants, and even the FTC obeys Big Pharma by seeking out and destroying producers of natural products that might compete with Big Pharma’s high-profit drugs.

In the same way that Colombia existed as a narco state, America is now a pharma state, meaning that pharmaceutical interests now control the government, the media, the universities and even the “science” (which means it isn’t really science at all).

Sometimes the truth hurts, but what hurts much worse is when you or your children are injured by chemical-medical violence that’s experimental, untested and unsafe, as admitted by the CDC themselves on their own website. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention admits and publishes in plain view on their website that today’s vaccines contain African Green Monkey kidney cells, human diploid fibroblast cell cultures from abortions, fetal bovine serum (blood from untested cows), modified Eagle’s medium (yes, wild birds), chicken embryo, porcine circovirus (deadly wild pig virus), and Madin-Darby Canine Kidney cell protein (from untested dogs).

Wait, there’s more!

As if it’s not sick and twisted enough to inject pregnant women, newborns, babies, children, teens, young adults, parents, grandparents and the elderly with experimental blood and infected cells from all these animals, the CDC and FDA approve vaccine manufacturers using E. Coli, mixed-combined strains of live viruses, formaldehyde, monosodium glutamate (MSG), deadly mercury (listed as thimerosal — and yes, it’s still in vaccines!), sodium chloride, aluminum (increases intensity of mercury), and get this… worm ovary cells from the fall armyworm, as used in the Flucelvax flu shot.

Still want to inject some pig, dog, monkey, cow, worm and human blood, cells and tissue into your body for alleged “immunity” that’s never been proven to work?

Realize this: Hardly a living soul reads the vaccine insert before getting vaccinated because they all trust their doctors and nurses and “modern American medicine.” Big mistake. If you are highly allergic to peanuts, dairy, or other people’s blood that’s not your blood type, wouldn’t it make sense to avoid injecting experimental ingredients from wild animals and insects? “Opioid abuse has become a crippling problem throughout the United States,” Trump said. “This is a total epidemic. And I think it’s almost untalked-about compared to the severity that we’re witnessing.”

Trump referred to the border, vowing to do more to stop opioid drugs from entering the country.

“Drug cartels have spread their deadly industry across our nation, and the availability of cheap narcotics, some of it comes in cheaper than candy and has devastated our communities,” Trump said.

One recovering addict, Vanessa Vitolo, explained how she became injured and got hooked on painkillers like Percocet and oxycodone. It was not long before she moved on to heroin because it was cheaper.

Vitolo said she lost everything, was homeless, and in and out of jail before she went to a treatment facility.

“You have no feelings, and you’re a shell, and it takes over your whole life,” she explained.

In fact, most Americans who were alive on 9/11 and old enough to understand what was going on, remember that 15 of the 19 hijackers who destroyed the World Trade Center and killed nearly 3,000 Americans, were originally from Saudi Arabia.

Our intelligence community and foreign policy apparatus have long known that factions within the Saudi Arabian government support terrorism, and in particular, jihadists known to target the West. As noted by the CATO Institute, a libertarian-leaning think tank, in 2001:

The Saudi government has been the principal financial backer of Afghanistan’ s odious Taliban movement since at least 1996. It has also channeled funds to Hamas and other groups that have committed terrorist acts in Israel and other portions of the Middle East. 

Worst of all, the Saudi monarchy has funded dubious schools and “charities” throughout the Islamic world. Those organizations have been hotbeds of anti-Western, and especially, anti-American, indoctrination.

Now, it seems, this state sponsor of jihad and terrorism is set to supply vaccines to the world, having bought a vaccine manufacturing operation from the Danish government, as reported by the Gatestone Institute, which tracks global jihadist operations. “Selling the crucial manufacture of vaccines to an ideologically hostile country, which might – for whatever reason – suddenly decide to shut down production, does not sound like a good idea… Those who say that the Saudis are merely interested in profit, just like everybody else, should know better,” said Rachel Ehrenfeld, an expert on the financing of terrorism.

A year ago, Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman announced the creation of the Public Investment Fund, which eventually plans to control some $2 trillion in a bid to help move the country’s economy away from its primary source – oil. To do that, the Prince announced that the monarchy would sell shares in the parent company of Aramco, the Saudi oil giant, in a bid to transform it into a conglomerate of other companies and interests. It’s likely that the purchase of the Danish State Serum Institute by the Aljomaih Group is part of that portfolio diversification.

The problem is, the purchasing group has given donations to the Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamic extremist organization.

Interestingly, the Gatestone Institute notes, Saudis boycotted Danish goods in 2006, after the publication of cartoons depicting Mohammad. What changed is anyone’s guess.

But it does make you wonder how much trust Danish consumers should have in Saudi-manufactured vaccines.

More about the purchaser: The Aljomaih Group is a Saudi family dynasty, Gatestone notes, and is led by Sheikh AbdulAziz Hamad Aljomaih, the largest stockholder in Arcapita Bank in Bahrain, where he is also the chairman. The bank features a so-called Sharia Supervisory Board, which consists of Islamic scholars who ensure the bank’s dealings and transactions comply with Sharia law. (RELATED: The Clinton Foundation has scored about $50 MILLION in donations from Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait.)

There are a number of concerns here. First, while it may seem as though the Saudis’ diversification is afoot with this purchase, it could also be a way for a supporter of strict Sharia law to control the flow of vaccines into the West, which is currently inundated with Muslim migrants fleeing the war-torn region. As we have seen for the past two years, terrorist incidents have begun to increase in many countries, including France, Germany and Belgium, as more unvetted Islamists continue to pour into the continent.

Another possibility: Would the Saudis intentionally taint already toxic vaccines bound for Western countries as a means of poisoning the population? If that sounds crazy to you, imagine what you would have thought before 9/11 if someone had told you that Saudi terrorists were plotting to fly commercial planes into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
